EVOLVE was not built from theory alone. It grew from leadership, entrepreneurship, fatherhood, grief, rebuilding and more than thirty years of questions about why human beings repeat what they consciously want to change.

Jason's journey as a father, entrepreneur and leader

From achievement to integration.

Jason built restaurants, a catering company, a doggie spa and a coaching practice. He led large teams and helped businesses grow. Yet external achievement did not automatically create peace, sustainable success or freedom from old patterns.

After the end of his marriage and the disruption of the pandemic, he rebuilt as a single father of four—driving Uber, delivering groceries and doing what was necessary while decades of study finally began connecting in practice.

Psychology, leadership, coaching, nervous-system education, habits, emotional intelligence and complementary wellness were not separate conversations. They were different views of the same human system. That integration became the Magnus Opus and the EVOLVE Method.

The work is not to become someone artificial.

It is to understand the protection, conditioning and choices shaping your life—then create the conditions in which your authentic self can become more visible.
